HOW WILL YOU PRINT MY SHIRTS AND MUGS?
We print all the designs on top of the line shirt/mugs using the high quality screen printers.
I ORDERED A PRODUCT WHEN WILL IT ARRIVE ?
All of our products are produced on demand, So It depends on the current orders for the specific product. All items usually get printed and shipped less than 24-48 Hrs after you order. We ship all the products using USPS or FedEx. Current Average delivery times are 1- 2 weeks.
Please note: We are not responsible for delays and/or lost merchandise due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses if they were submitted incorrectly by the customer. We always do our best to accommodate corrections, but you may need to pay for additional shipping and handling if your order has to be shipped more than once.
I MESSED UP THE SHIPPING ADDRESS, CAN I CHANGE IT ?
If this Happens, please email us as soon as possible. We MIGHT be able to help you. We start working on your order as soon as it is received and in most of the cases ship out immediately. We understand it's very frustrating when you make a mistake like this, we will try our best to help you.
WHAT’S YOUR REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY?
If there’s something wrong with your order ( wrong mug, defective product, etc.), return it to us unused within 15 days of delivery and we’ll be happy to issue a refund or replacement.
Exchanges are a little more difficult since we print/produce close to exact quantities of what we need. We usually order a few extras, but they go fast. If you need an exchange, email us at Support@StylishGears.com
and we’ll see what we can do.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER ?
When your order passes Quality Check and is marked for Shipping, you will receive an email with your USPS tracking information.
